This includes when purchasing live bees, that the customer verifies the bees are alive and their purchase includes everything per description. We do not hold any responsibility or guarantee for the live bees once they leave our facility. This is due to the fragile nature of the live bees, and the handling and transportation by our customers is solely the customer responsibility. The customer agrees to hold full responsibility for the bees once they leave the sale location, and acknowledges that any damage or loss incurred after the sale is solely customer responsibility and the customer is not entitled to any refund. No returns or exchanges are allowed for live bees after leaving the sale location/facility.
